Super Cold Beer

• BevTech Solutions supply and install Super Cold dispense equipment for zero degree beer dispensing and presentation. Super Cold heat exchangers will flash chill beer an extra 2 to 3 degrees Celsius down from standard beer dispense operating temperatures to achieve Super Cold beer at approximately zero degrees Celsius. Because of extra chilling applied Super Cold beer can present with a reduce head size after dispensing along with a reduced taste profile. Nucleated glassware can be used to improve the head presentation and head retention with dispensed Super Cold beers.

Variable Temperature Beer

• Variable temperature beer will give tap beer outlets the ability to dispense beers at varying temperatures to better align beer temperatures to specific beer style characteristics enhancing the flavour, aroma and presentation of the beer. Generally darker beers should be dispensed slightly warmer than lager/pilsner style beers which are more suited to cold dispense temperatures.
