When installed and maintained correctly Reverse Osmosis units will remove the need to polish glassware for the life of the product. NB Reverse Osmosis units need to be run from a three phase power source.

Dish washer units should be regularly cleaned and have an annual maintenance service check to ensure the units operate at the recommended temperature range and dose the correct levels of detergent to ensure kitchen implements are cleaned to the highest possible standard.
